Did you know that the brain's primary job is NOT to think, but......to keep you alive? ๐Ÿง Here's another #BrainFactMonday that helps you use your brain correctly.

The human brain is, in fact, the ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜†'๐˜€ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ, and it's designed to constantly monitor our internal and external environment to ensure our survival (a pretty demanding and energy-consuming activity!).

From regulating our heart rate and breathing to processing information from our senses and allowing us to react to threats, a healthy brain always keeps us safe.

๐Ÿ” That's why, even though you know that visualising yourself achieving your goals is a valid and important activity, you tend to skip it. ๐—œ๐˜'๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚, it's just your brain that doesn't see it as an urgent or vital activity and therefore tries to avoid it, perhaps reminding you to call your auntie, to clean the rooftop or just make another cup of tea.
